WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

IS THE ART TAXABLE?

Applicable taxes will be applied at check-out on behalf of individual artists in accordance with their specific tax requirements. Taxable items will be identified within the individual product descriptions.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY PURCHASE?

Purchased items will be shipped by Canada Post or FedEx beginning April 9, 2022. Delivery dates vary by carrier and geography. If your buying requirements require faster service, please contact us at info@kingswaylambtonartshow.ca.

IS MY PURCHASE COVERED BY INSURANCE?

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT?

IF I DON’T LIKE MY PURCHASE, CAN I RETURN IT?

Unfortunately, no. All sales are final. Please refer to our Return / Refund policy by clicking here.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO?

CAN I CONTACT THE ARTISTS DIRECTLY DURING OR AFTER THE SHOW?

AM I ABLE TO VIRTUALLY VIEW THE ART WORK IN MY HOME?

Yes, by using the “View Art in Your Own Home” feature.
When you have found a painting that you are interested in, click on the “View in a Room” button. From here, you will be able to upload a photo of the wall area you are considering for your new painting.
Upload your ‘wall photo’ and follow the simple directions to ‘place the art’ in your home.
Questions? Use the ‘help ’ feature to walk through the steps to placing art in your home.
This is an excellent tool to obtain a ‘feel’ for the art in your own personal décor.

CAN I PICK UP MY ART PURCHASE INSTEAD OF HAVING IT SHIPPED?

Yes!
Subject to any COVID-19 restrictions which may exist at the time, it is expected that curbside pick-up of purchased items will occur on April 8 & 9, 2022 at Kingsway-Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway in Toronto.
If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email with instructions about the pick-up protocols and what to bring with you.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PICK UP MY ART WORK ON APRIL 8 OR 9?

Please contact us at info@kingswaylambtonartshow.ca to make arrangements for pick-up if you are not available on April 8 or 9. We have limited insured storage space in which to hold sold art – we will do our best to work out a suitable pick-up day/time. Thank you in advance for making best efforts to pick-up on the designated days.

Over the years, we have invited over 300 talented artists to participate in the Art Show & Sale. The Kingsway-Lambton Art Show & Sale is respected by the Art Community and the caliber of art is high. You can be assured that beyond choosing a piece of art you love, it is also of a respected quality.
Take time over the ten-day period of the show to look through the galleries, ‘try out’ the art in your home and choose the piece that you are drawn to.
Purchasing art from talented artists is a bonus! And a way of brightening our world and homes … art makes us happy.
And best of all, each purchase supports our local charities.
